Every part of the dealership
A dealership is several businesses under one roof: a glass showroom, finance offices, a customer lounge, a service drive and a parts counter. We clean each part of the building on its own terms, so the shine buyers see in the showroom carries through to the service counter.
Showroom floors and glass
Tall showroom windows and glass doors take the sun most of the day, and every fingerprint and nose print shows. The inside glass, door frames and push bars are cleaned, display pads and spec boards are dusted, and the reception desk and sales desks are wiped down.
Floors are cleaned around and between every display vehicle, lifting tire marks and tracked-in dust from tile and polished concrete. Chairs are straightened, brochure stands are tidied and trash is cleared. Scrubbing and burnishing through commercial floor care keep a high-gloss showroom floor bright, scheduled on a night with time to dry.
Display shelves for wheels, accessories and branded merchandise are dusted shelf by shelf. The pickup area where buyers sign off and take their keys gets its floor, seating and feature wall cleaned, so the hand-off feels like an occasion.
The showroom is the room that sells, so it gets the most time on every visit: glass first, then the display floor, then the desks and brochure stands buyers stop at. The same care carries over to furniture, flooring and lighting stores, and our showroom cleaning page explains how we look after display floors of every kind.
The lounge, coffee bar and restrooms
Service customers can spend a whole morning in the lounge, so it has to stay comfortable. The coffee station, from the machine front and counters to the sink and the floor beneath, is cleaned, and tables, seating, charging stations and the kids’ area are wiped. TVs, shelves and window ledges are dusted.
Customer restrooms are cleaned from fixtures to floor, mirrors are polished, and towel, soap and trash-liner supplies come back to full, from supplies we provide or your own stock. Staff restrooms in the service department get the same full clean, because technicians and advisors deserve a fresh room too.
Finance, sales and staff rooms
The finance office is where the paperwork gets signed, and it should feel as polished as the showroom. Desks, chairs, glass partitions and door handles are wiped, carpet is vacuumed and trash is emptied, with documents left exactly where they are.
Sales offices, the managers’ desks, conference rooms and the employee break room are part of every visit, with counters, appliances, tables and floors cleaned. Carpeted rooms go onto an extraction cycle with commercial carpet cleaning.
Service drive, parts counter and the walk in
The service side sees the most traffic and the most grit. Write-up desks and advisor stations in the service drive are wiped, the cashier window and parts counter are cleaned, and the hard floor where customers step out of their cars goes onto the floor care schedule.
Outside, the entry walkways and the paved approach to the service drive collect tire marks and spills, and pressure washing on a regular cycle keeps them looking as cared for as the showroom. Service offices and the technicians’ break room are cleaned during the same night’s visit.
Many service lounges look into the shop through a glass wall. That glass is cleaned from the lounge side, so customers can watch their car on the lift without peering through smudges.
Ready at opening and for sale weekends
Visits run after the showroom closes or early in the morning. The service department, usually first to open, is done first, and the showroom is finished last so it is freshest when the doors unlock.
Sales events, holiday weekends and new model arrivals bring crowds and test drives. Extra visits can be booked around the event, and during the event a day porter tends the lounge, coffee bar and restrooms while the store is full.
Our cleaners are background-checked, which matters when a crew works after hours in a building full of vehicles and keys. Stores that share a lot or an owner can be grouped on a single schedule, each building with a checklist of its own.
Pricing dealership cleaning in Gilroy
Building size, weekly visit count, the amount of showroom glass, the showroom floor finish, the number of restrooms, the size of the lounge and service waiting area and your sales and service hours set the price, along with any event visits, porter hours or pressure washing.

A few useful answers
Common questions
Is the showroom finished before our Saturday opening?
Yes. Early-morning visits finish before opening, with the showroom done last so the glass and floor are at their best for the weekend crowd.
Do you clean the service customer lounge too?
Yes. The lounge, coffee station, restrooms, write-up desks, cashier window and parts counter are all on the same route as the showroom.
Can the outside of the showroom glass be cleaned too?
Yes. The outside of the showroom windows and doors can be added through our commercial window cleaning, on the same night as the inside.
Will you clean before and after our tent sale?
Yes. We book an extra visit the night before and the night after, and a day porter can look after the lounge and restrooms while shoppers are in the store.
Can you wash the walkways outside the showroom?
Yes. Entry walkways and the paved approach to the service drive can be pressure washed on a regular cycle, outside business hours.
Will paperwork in the finance office be moved?
No. Desks are wiped around documents, and every page stays where it was left.
