Seven products, chosen for the rooms that use them

We supply the everyday items a commercial building goes through week after week: toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, hand sanitizer, trash bags, can liners and toilet seat covers. Alongside them we provide paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers and mount them on your walls. We keep the range narrow, and each item on it is something people notice within the hour when it runs out.

Restrooms use the bulk of it. A breakroom pulls towels, soap and bin liners at the sink and the trash station, and a front entry wants a sanitizer stand plus bags for the lobby cans. Buying for all three spots from one source keeps roll widths, cartridge types and bag sizes consistent across the building.

Restocking built into our cleaning route

For buildings already on our regular visits that want us to provide supplies, the stock travels with the crew. Before anyone leaves a restroom they open each tissue holder, towel cabinet and soap unit, top up whatever is getting low, drop a fresh liner into every bin they empty and jot down what the closet will want next time. Nobody at your company has to remember to check.

Our supervisors count stock on their inspection rounds, in the same walk that covers the cleaning. If one restroom keeps draining faster than planned, its reserve grows before anyone has to send a complaint. Sites with a day porter get refills during business hours as well.

Delivery for teams that clean in-house

Some Gilroy businesses keep a custodian on payroll, and some have staff handle the daily tidy themselves. Either way, you can still buy your supplies from us. We bring the products on a schedule you pick and shelve them where your team wants them, so the person doing the cleaning is never also the one stuck placing orders.

Delivery accounts get the same per-restroom reserve targets as our crew-refill service. If you later move the cleaning to us too, the stock and the dispensers stay exactly as they are, and our crew carries on the refilling where your staff stopped.

Dispensers we install and keep matched

A lot of empty restrooms trace back to equipment that doesn’t suit its refill: a towel roll too wide for its cabinet, a soap bag made for another system, a jumbo tissue holder loaded with small rolls that are gone by lunch. We fit paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers and then stock only the refill each unit was built for.

Buildings that have collected units from several past vendors can switch to one consistent set during a remodel, a tenant change or whenever the old ones start failing. From then on each fixture takes a single kind of refill, and the closet holds fewer kinds of boxes.

Reserve levels and a closet you can read at a glance

We size a reserve of every item to each restroom’s traffic; in the trade that number is called a par level. A two-stall staff restroom in an office suite needs far less backup than a public restroom off a busy sales floor. The numbers come out of the walkthrough, and we raise or trim them as use changes.

In the supply closet each product has its own spot. Anyone who opens the door, whether that is our crew, a manager or the receptionist, can tell in a few seconds what is there and what is due, without counting cases.

Taking a chore off the facility manager

Restroom supplies are a small job that never quite ends. Somebody checks shelves, compares order forms, signs for boxes and fields the message that the upstairs restroom is out of towels again. Handing supplies to your cleaning company removes that task, and one more vendor, from somebody’s week.

It also leaves you one number to call. When a dispenser jams or a room runs short, the people who clean that room deal with the supply side too. Food and drink for the kitchen is a separate offering, our breakroom and pantry restocking, for staff who want coffee and snacks kept topped up too.

Where Gilroy buildings use the most paper

Gilroy’s larger shopping centers pull weekend crowds from across the Bay Area and the Central Coast, and shopper restrooms can empty a towel cabinet in an afternoon. Food plants running more than one shift use restroom and breakroom products around the clock, so their reserves have to cover the hours when nobody is restocking.

Medical offices, school campuses, small office parks and the business and light-industrial parks near Highway 101 fill in the rest. A clinic waiting-room restroom and a distribution building’s break area use very different amounts, and the reserve for each is set to match.

What sets the price

Supply pricing comes down to five things: head count, restroom count, how busy each restroom is, which grade of paper and soap suits you, and how frequently we refill or deliver. After a free walkthrough we turn those into a written quote. If you already know your head count and restroom count, add them under Property notes on the quote form and we will start there.

A few useful answers

Common questions

Can we buy supplies from you if another company does our cleaning?

Yes. Any Gilroy business can order from us. We drop products off on a set schedule and shelve them where your team likes, whether or not we clean the building.

Which products does Gilroy Janitorial carry?

Paper towels and toilet paper, seat covers, hand soap, hand sanitizer, can liners and trash bags. We also sell dispensers for the paper, soap and sanitizer and mount them for you.

Will you swap out the old dispensers in our restrooms?

Yes. We mount new paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers and keep each one loaded with the refill made for it, so rolls and cartridges stop failing to fit.

How much backup stock will you keep in our closet?

Each restroom gets a reserve based on its traffic. We hold the closet at that level and change it when a room starts using more or less.
