Setting up your order
We start with a short conversation, by phone or at your site, with the person closest to the kitchen. Useful answers include how many people use the room on a normal day, which items vanish by Wednesday, which ones expire untouched, and how the team takes its coffee. Allergies and diets belong in that conversation too. If two people avoid gluten and one is vegan, the order says so, and those items come every time.
Spending works on a monthly cap that you name. We buy inside it and tell you when a request would push past it. Tastes change, and so can the order: new requests start with the next visit, and the things nobody touches get struck off.
On restock day
We bring the room back up to the amounts in your order. That covers the snack bins, bottled water and other cold drinks, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, and the paper side of a kitchen: cups and lids, stir sticks, napkins, plates, plastic utensils and coffee filters. Newer packages slide in behind the older ones, so the oldest stock is eaten first.
Then a short tidy. We wipe the counters and shelves, clear crumbs from around the snack area, pull anything past its date and empty the kitchen bins. It takes a few minutes, and the room looks cared for when people come in for their break.
If we already clean for you
Cleaning clients can have restock day fall on one of their regular cleaning nights, which means one visit, one set of people in the building and a kitchen that ends up both clean and full. The people we send are background-checked, and our supervisors look at the breakroom on their inspection rounds just as they look at the restrooms.
Restroom paper, towels and soap are not part of this service. Those come under Gilroy janitorial supplies, which runs on its own schedule. If your own staff handle the cleaning, the pantry service can still be booked by itself. We come, stock, tidy and leave, and your cleaning routine stays untouched.
Who it suits
Offices come first, particularly where the kitchen is part of how a company takes care of its people. Coworking operators can use it so members always find something in the shared pantry. Clinics can use it to keep a staff room going between patients, and retail shops and showrooms can use it for the back-room coffee station that carries employees through a long day on the floor.
Pricing
There are two parts. The groceries are paid from your monthly cap. Our service fee is set by head count, the length of the order, how often we restock and how much tidying you want on each visit. We go over those during a free visit and send a written quote afterwards. Put your team size and the restock day you’d prefer in Property notes on the quote form and we’ll take it from there.

Can a plant’s break area be restocked between shifts?
Yes. We pick a restock time that falls between crews, so the work stays out of the way of breaks.
How do we add something to the order?
Message us before your next restock day. The item joins that visit’s shopping, and anything your team has stopped eating comes off.
Do we need Gilroy Janitorial for cleaning as well?
No. Pantry restocking is booked separately. Pair it with our cleaning nights if you like, or use us for the breakroom alone.
What about food that expires before it’s eaten?
We check dates on every visit, take out anything expired, and buy less of that item next time.
