These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the services provided by
Gilroy Janitorial Services, located in Gilroy, California.
1. Services Offered
We provide commercial janitorial cleaning services including but not limited to:
Office cleaning Salon/barbershop cleaning Airbnb/rental property turnover Restroom & disinfection cleaning
All services are performed during agreed-upon timeframes and according to the scope discussed at booking.
2. Service Agreements
You must confirm service by phone, email, or booking form. Quotes provided are estimates and may adjust based on site condition or service add-ons.Regular cleaning plans may require a written or digital agreement.
3. Cancellations
Please give us at least
24 hours’ notice
to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
4. Liability
We take pride in our work and aim for perfection. However:
We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items unless gross negligence is proven Service is at the client’s risk if insurance or permits are not yet active during early-stage operations
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise Accepted methods: Cash, Credit Card, ACH, Zelle, or other method agreed upon in writing Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 7 days
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
There are hazardous or unsafe conditions The environment is outside the agreed scope of work
7. License & Insurance
We are currently in the process of obtaining all necessary
licenses, permits, and insurance
in the State of California. Until then, clients acknowledge that services are provided as an independent contractor under startup status.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of
California
. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate California courts.
